By accessing or using BloxHub, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. Description of service
BloxHub is an independent, fan-operated discovery and community platform for Roblox games — combining live statistics sourced from Roblox's public APIs with reviews, follows, direct messaging, and curated gameplay video (Watch Party).
Important:BloxHub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Roblox Corporation. “Roblox” is a trademark of Roblox Corporation. All game names, trademarks, and associated content belong to their respective owners.
2. Who can use BloxHub
You don't need an account to browse. Creating an account to review, follow, or message requires you to meet the minimum age for online services in your country, and to comply with Roblox's own age requirements. If you're under the age of independent consent in your region, you should have a parent or guardian's permission.
3. Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account
- One account per person — don't impersonate someone else, or create an account for someone who hasn't agreed to these terms
- Give us accurate signup information
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download BloxHub content in bulk without permission
- Use automated tools to overload or disrupt BloxHub's servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to BloxHub's systems or databases
- Reproduce or redistribute BloxHub's compiled statistics or site content without attribution
- Submit false, misleading, harassing, or impersonating content through reviews, replies, or messages
5. User-generated content
By submitting a review, reply, or message on BloxHub, you:
- Grant BloxHub a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and moderate that content
- Confirm it doesn't contain unlawful, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or spam content
- Understand reviews and replies are publicly visible and may be removed at our discretion
- Acknowledge BloxHub isn't responsible for the accuracy of other users' posted opinions
Moderators may review flagged or heavily downvoted content as part of keeping the community usable.
6. Data accuracy and limitations
BloxHub makes every reasonable effort to display accurate, current statistics. However, all data is sourced from Roblox's public APIs and is subject to Roblox's own accuracy, availability, and update frequency — statistics may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable due to API outages or rate limits. BloxHub provides this data “as is,” with no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Third-party content and links
BloxHub embeds YouTube videos and links out to Roblox and other external sites. We don't control, and aren't responsible for, content on those platforms — your use of them is governed by their own terms.
8. Advertising and sponsorships
BloxHub may display third-party advertising (e.g. Google AdSense) alongside directly-sold sponsor placements. Sponsor content is reviewed and approved by BloxHub before publishing; third-party network ads are served under that network's own policies.
9. Intellectual property
The BloxHub name, logo, site design, and compiled statistics are the intellectual property of BloxHub and its operators. Roblox game data, names, icons, and thumbnails belong to their respective developers and to Roblox Corporation. You may link to BloxHub freely; reproducing substantial portions of our content requires prior written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BloxHub and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including decisions made based on BloxHub statistics.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of BloxHub after a change is posted means you accept the update.
